Let’s Get Started
Siding for Lino Lakes Homes
Many Lino Lakes homes were built with builder-grade vinyl siding that’s now 20 to 30 years old: faded, cracked or warped on sun-facing walls and dented from hail. Owl starts with a free inspection of the siding, trim, gutters and roof together.
Our Services
Full-Service Roofing Solutions
Upgrading Builder-Grade Siding
Upgrading to a thicker insulated vinyl or fiber cement can sharpen the look of a 1990s or 2000s two-story and hold up better to hail. We’ll help you choose colors and trim that suit your home and neighborhood, and explain the long-term upkeep of each option.

Lino Lakes Storm Data
How Lino Lakes Storms Hit Siding
Siding takes the same storms a roof does, and it often shows the damage first: cracked or holed vinyl, dented aluminum and chipped fiber cement. HailTrace has recorded 19 damaging hail or wind days over central Lino Lakes since 2011. The largest hail HailTrace has recorded over central Lino Lakes since 2011 was 2 inches on June 11, 2017, followed by 1.5 inches on August 5, 2019.

We’ll inspect siding, gutters and the roof together for free and show you photos of anything we find.
What are the different types of siding you offer?
We offer a wide variety of siding materials to fit different styles and budgets, including vinyl, fiber cement, steel, and engineered wood. Each has unique benefits in terms of durability, maintenance, and appearance. During your free consultation, we can walk you through the options and help you choose the best fit for your home and Minnesota’s climate.
How do you protect my property during installation?
Protecting your home and yard is a top priority. Before we start, we cover windows, landscaping, and other sensitive areas. We maintain a clean and organized work site throughout the project. After completion, we perform a detailed final cleanup to ensure your property is left in the same, or better, condition than when we arrived.
Do I have to be home for the insurance inspection?
While it’s not always required, we highly recommend you are present, along with a representative from Owl Roofing. Having us there allows us to point out all the damage directly to the insurance adjuster, answer any technical questions they may have, and ensure nothing is overlooked. This helps streamline the claims process and ensures a fair assessment of your property.
