We’ve seen ice dam damage destroy ceilings, ruin insulation, soak wall cavities, and create mold problems that took months to resolve.

The cruel irony? Ice dams are often caused by a too-warm attic—meaning the same heat loss that’s driving up your energy bills is also damaging your roof. Proper attic insulation and ventilation solve both problems, but most homeowners don’t realize the connection until water’s dripping through a light fixture.

Flashing Failures (The 90% Problem)
